Enter new markets with less friction
Most expansion plans slow down in the same places: unfamiliar rules, disconnected advisers and no clear view of what is still outstanding. We remove those obstacles.
Local knowledge, global reach
Our specialists and trusted local partners understand how each market really works, from company law and tax to employment and banking.
One coordinated team
Tax, legal, accounting, payroll and mobility are handled together, so nothing falls between advisers and you have one point of contact.
Visibility at every step
Our Global 360 Dashboard shows the status of every task, document and deadline across each market you enter.

Tailored to you

- The right legal structure for each market
- Tax set up efficiently and compliantly from day one
- A realistic timeline with clear responsibilities
- Support that scales as you add new countries

Common questions
How long does it take to expand into a new country?
It depends on the market, the structure and how quickly documents are available. A simple entity can often be ready in a few weeks, while regulated activities and banking can take longer. Your roadmap sets out a realistic timeline before work begins.
Do we need to set up a local company?
Not always. Depending on your activities, a branch, a local representative or an employer-of-record arrangement may be enough to start. We assess the tax, legal and commercial implications of each option and recommend the right one.
Can you help us open a business bank account?
Yes. We prepare the documentation banks require and support you through their onboarding and due diligence checks. The final decision always rests with the bank.
Which countries do you cover?
CEG has served clients in more than 60 countries, working with trusted local partners where on-the-ground expertise is needed. Talk to us about the markets on your list.
What happens after the setup is complete?
We can stay on as your compliance partner, handling accounting, payroll, tax filings, audit support and reporting, all visible in the Global 360 Dashboard.
Can you help us move employees abroad?
Yes. Our Global Mobility team handles work permits, relocation, A1 certificates and posted-worker requirements for your people.
