While your first assessments will relate to projects in Norway, you may also review registrations connected to other projects internationally- including Sweden, Germany and Austria.

- Problem-solving: You enjoy figuring things out and finding solutions.
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with workforce registration systems (like Inndex) is a plus, but don’t worry – we’ll provide full training. The key is that you enjoy working with systems and tools.
- Interest in learning about: Familiarity with different local labour laws, chain liability, or EU posted worker rules and cross-border compliance is an advantage, but a strong willingness to learn is even more important.
- Relevant experience: Experience in compliance, HR administration, payroll, or document verification is a bonus.
